The 24 units has a much denser field than ( 20, 16,12,8 unit system) as more vectors are present. The unified field effect created by a 24 unit system matches/ mirrors the geometry of our DNA. Another benefit is that the denser, vector-rich is smoother because the detox is more graceful. Meaning it reduces the herxeimer reaction, or the abrupt detoxification symptoms so it doesn’t put people into a healing crisis.

We are able to accommodate 25 persons during the day and 10 persons during the overnight. Sessions

Pets are welcome to the centre , but we have especial days for only pets , please contact the centre to know about when you can book for your pet thanks.

We can accommodate 25 people during day sessions and 10 during overnight sessions.

Within 24 hours after your session, take a salt bath solution (which we will either provide or provide the recipe), take. a 30-minute salt bath solution. If you have no access to a bathtub, our staff can provide you with on how to do a foot bath. This is needed to detox the body. It could be the possibility right after the sessions or detox bath you feel nauseous, headache, dizziness, and other symptoms is because of the Detox process, is known as The Herxheimer reaction occurs when the body’s immune system responds to the release of toxins from the death of large numbers of bacteria or other microbes. As the bacteria die off, they release endotoxins or other substances that can trigger an inflammatory response in the body. This immune response can lead to a variety of symptoms, including fever, chills, headache, muscle and joint pain, fatigue, and worsening of the original infection symptoms. The Herxheimer reaction is generally considered a positive sign as it indicates that the treatment is working and the body is effectively clearing out the infection. However, it can be uncomfortable and sometimes severe, depending on the individual and the specific infection being treated. To manage the Herxheimer reaction, it is important to stay well-hydrated, get plenty of rest, and support the body’s detoxification processes. This can be done by drinking plenty of water, eating a healthy diet, and avoiding alcohol, caffeine, and processed foods. Some individuals may also benefit from taking supplements or medications to support liver function and reduce inflammation. And as Dr. Michael Rose recommended back into the EEsystem as faster you can to finish the detox faster.

There is no maximum as you can never have too much healthy energy. Our centre will have 10h slots suring the day sessions (2,4,6 &10h) and 11 during the night session.

FAQ Infrared Sauna:

Sessions are 45 bring a swimsuit, a tower and a personal bottle of water, we recommended to drink a lot of water before your sessions also we provide lockers for your personal belongings thanks

The idea behind infrared therapy is to heat your body directly with far infrared heat. In a traditional sauna you are just sitting in a hot room of 80°C-105°C. In an infrared sauna, the heat is heating your body directly and only 20% of the heat is heating the air. You want to heat your body core, meaning your front core and your back core. Your body absorbs the infrared heat and reacts to it. The gentle infrared heat raise your core body temperature and stimulates your metabolism, lymphatic system, immune system and your cardiovascular system. Your body’s response to that is to sweat profusely. In addition to the infrared heat triggering a profuse sweat, the water in our bodies also resonates with far infrared heat and this also helps with the detoxification process. With this in mind, you now understand why we stress the importance of having heaters all around you in an infrared sauna. If you do not have front heaters in your sauna, you will not raise your core body temperature as well and you will not receive as much of the desired effect.

Infrared heat is completely safe and all objects give off and receive infrared heat. In fact, it is so safe, hospitals use similar heaters to warm newborns. Infrared is a part of nature and essential for life. The human body gives off and receives infrared in the far infrared band. When a mother rubs a babies stomach to relieve pain, it is the infrared heat from her hand that is causing the healing effect. We have tuned our True Wave heaters to give off far infrared in this same range for maximum absorption by your body and for maximum therapeutic benefits.

Infrared radiation has been used for centuries to treat a variety of health conditions and more recently has become popular as a way to improve overall health. Don't let the term radiation fool you, infrared is non-ionising, meaning that it is not harmful. There are many health benefits to using infrared therapy, including improved circulation, reduced inflammation, lower blood pressure, wound healing, increased metabolism, weight loss, and improved detoxification. Infrared therapy can also help to relieve pain, improve sleep, and reduce stress levels. Infrared therapy is often used in conjunction with other forms of treatment and technologies, such as massage or acupuncture, halotherapy, and even other infrared light modalities such as red light therapy, to maximise its effectiveness

Quantum frequency centre use his own essential detox oils and detox salt for the infrared Saunas, customers are not allowed to introduce anything in the infrared sauna session, please for more information contact us thanks.

Individuals who are using prescription drugs should seek the advice of their personal physician or a pharmacist for possible changes in the drugs effect when the body is exposed to far infrared waves or elevated body temperature. Diuretics, barbiturates, and beta-blockers may impair the body’s natural heat loss mechanisms. Some over the counter drugs such as antihistamines may also cause the body to be more prone to heat stroke.

The core body temperature of children rises much faster than adults. This occurs due to a higher metabolic rate per body mass, limited circulatory adaptation to increased cardiac demands and the inability to regulate body temperature by sweating. Consult with the child’s paediatrician using the sauna.

The ability to maintain core body temperature decreases with age. This is primarily due to circulatory conditions and decreased sweat gland function. The body must be able to activate its natural cooling processes to maintain core body temperature.

If you have a recent (acute) joint injury, it should not be heated for the first 48 hours after an injury or until the hot and swollen symptoms subside. If you have a joint or joints that are chronically hot and swollen, these joints may respond poorly to vigorous heating of any kind. Vigorous heating is strictly contra-indicated in cases of enclosed infections be they dental, in joints or in any other tissues.

Metal pins, rods, artificial joints or any other surgical implants generally reflect far infrared waves and thus are not heated by this system; nevertheless, you should consult your surgeon prior to using an infrared Sauna. Certainly, the usage of an infrared Sauna must be discontinued if you experience pain near any such implants. Silicone does absorb far infrared energy. Implanted silicone or silicone prostheses for nose or ear replacement may be warmed by the far infrared waves. Since silicone melts at over 200C (392 F), it should not be adversely affected by the usage of infrared saunas. It is still advise that you check with your surgeon and possibly a representative from the implant manufacturer to be certain.

Infrared therapy works from infrared waves that have emitted infrared radiation, called infrared light, being absorbed by the body and converted to thermal energy. Infrared light passes through your skin and into fat cells, breaking down the triglycerides into fatty acids and glycerol. This process is called lipolysis, and it allows your body to rid itself of toxins stored in fat cells. As well as the above health benefits of infrared wavelengths, infrared therapy also works by raising your core temperature. This rise in core temperature in turn causes your heart rate to increase and your blood vessels to dilate. This increase in blood flow and improved circulation allows for greater oxygen and nutrient delivery, improved blood pressure, and stimulates the body's natural defences for even more health benefits.

Infrared saunas work differently than traditional saunas in that they raise the body temperature directly, rather than heating the air. Therefore, while a traditional sauna may have a warmer temperature measurement, they do not provide as many health benefits. Traditional saunas can be uncomfortable and difficult to breathe in due to temperatures reaching upwards of 80°C-105°C, while infrared sauna cabins have lower temperatures and are a more comfortable alternative, directly heating the body's deeper tissue. Some added health benefits of infrared waves are that it targets the release of toxins in fat cells and has been shown to increase metabolism over regular use. In an infrared sauna, you receive all of the health benefits of high temperatures without exposing yourself to the damaging, extremely hot air of a steam sauna. Infrared therapy is a better choice for those who are looking to improve their overall health and well-being.

there are many different forms of visible light, infrared light, is not seen by the human eye. While infrared light is not a part of the visible spectrum, you can still see it using different sensing technology. The electromagnetic spectrum is the range of all possible frequencies of electromagnetic radiation. It ranges from low-frequency radio waves to high-frequency gamma rays, including visible light and non-visible light. Most infrared cameras work by detecting infrared radiation on the electromagnetic spectrum. An infrared image can be shown if an object produces thermal infrared energy. This infrared radiation is emitted by many objects, including the sun and even our skin, and an infrared camera captures this thermal infrared radiation, or heat, to create an infrared image. The hotter the temperature, the more heat, energy and infrared radiation it will emit.

The world of biohacking is teeming with groundbreaking tools and techniques, each designed to optimise human performance and wellness. Among them, one stands out for its transformative potential: the infrared sauna. Often hailed as a biohacker's best friend, it's a staple in the daily routines of many wellness enthusiasts, including biohacking pioneer, Teemu Arina. As Arina shares, "So, every morning with my Infrared-Session with the Clearlight® Sauna, I make various teas that enhance the effects of activating something like reactive species." This statement underscores the importance he places on integrating the infrared sauna into his health-optimising regimen. Infrared saunas offer an array of health benefits that extend beyond traditional saunas. Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air, infrared saunas generate a gentle, therapeutic heat that penetrates deeply into the body. This deep heat promotes relaxation, soothes sore muscles, and improves sleep quality, making it a perfect addition to any biohacking routine. Research also suggests that regular use of infrared saunas may contribute to improved heart health and pain relief. It's also been associated with facilitating a deeper sense of calm and fostering improved exercise recovery. Infrared saunas are particularly prized for their potential to promote circulation. The powerful heat of the infrared lights can stimulate circulation in the body, leading to increased metabolism and relief from muscle and joint pain. The benefits of infrared saunas extend beyond physical wellness. Many users report experiencing a profound sense of relaxation and mental clarity following their sauna sessions, underscoring the holistic benefits of this biohacking tool. The infrared Sauna is indeed a biohacker's best friend, offering a multitude of benefits ranging from physical to mental well-being. If you're interested, take a closer look closer and try yourself

Infrared therapy is safe. It is a non-invasive way to promote many health benefits and has been used for centuries. Don't let the term infrared radiation scare you, it is simply one term to explain the infrared wavelengths that are invisible to the human eye, hence the name infrared light. There are many objects that generate infrared radiation, including the sun, fire, and even the human body. The human body emits infrared heat as a normal part of its metabolism, while the infrared light from the sun is responsible for the warming of the Earth's surface. Because infrared radiation or infrared light is not visible light, it can only be seen with thermal imaging such as infrared cameras and night vision goggles. This thermal imaging is used to detect objects and is even used for infrared astronomy. Other infrared sources include heat lamps, infrared lamps, infrared lasers, and of course infrared saunas. Infrared therapy can be used by people of all ages and is a great way to promote overall health and well-being. The thermal energy produced by our infrared waves, generated by our infrared Saunas, is completely safe since there are no harmful wavelengths of sunlight produced by our infrared technology, just natural therapeutic warmth. In fact, this infrared radiation is so safe that it's used in hospitals to keep newborns warm. Infrared therapy is safe for most people to use, though there are a few conditions that it should not be used for, such as pregnant women, those with heart conditions, or those with metal implants. If you have any concerns about whether infrared radiation is right for you, be sure to speak to your doctor before beginning treatment.

Individuals with cardiovascular conditions or problems (hypertension/ HYPOTENSION), Congestive heart failure, impaires coronary circulation or those who are taking medications, which might affect blood pressure, should exercise extreme caution when exposed to prolonged heat. Heat stress increases cardiac put put, blood flow, in an eddort to transfer internal body heat to the outside environment via the skin (perspiration) and respiratory system. This takes place primarily due to major changes in the heart rate, which has the potential to increase by thirty (30) beats per inute for each degree increase in core body temperature . Contrary to popular belief, it is not advisable to attempt to “Sweat Out” a hangover. Alcohol intoxication decreases a person’s judgment; therefore, they may not realize it when the body has a negative reaction to high heart. Alcohol also increases the heart rate, which may be further increases by heat stress.

Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Central Nervous System Tumours and Diabetes with Neuropathy are conditions that are associated with impaired sweating.

The use of Infrared saunas should be avoided by anyone who is predisposed to bleeding.

An individual that has a fever should not use any type of sauna.

An individual that has insensitivity to heat should not use any type of sauna

Pregnant women should consult a physician before using any type of sauna.

Heating of the low back area of women during the menstrual period may temporarily increase their menstrual flow. Some women endure this process to gain the pain relief commonly associated with their cycle whereas others simply choose to avoid saunas use during that time of the month.
